Simon Cooke FNAEA
The founder and manging director has been an estate agent since 1987 and is a fellow of the national association of estate agents. Involved in the day to day running of this growing business Simon has huge experience in the business of estate agency.
Zoe O’Mara
Zoe has been with the company since 1997 and has a wealth of experience in estate agency. Zoe is involved in in sales negotiation and ensuring the sales proceed to a satisfactory completion liaising with vendors purchasers solicitors and mortgage brokers.
Karen Carrick
Karen joined Cooke and Company in 2025. With over 30 years experience Karen began her career as an office junior at the age of 18 working at Levy Gee Chartered Accountants. Karen then moved into the property at Ask Property Developments before moving to Nikal Property Developments in Manchester where she was PA to Managing Director/Finance Director for almost 17 years.
Denise Clarke
Denise joined Cooke & Company in 2024. Having worked in an office environment for most of her career. Denise is involved in negotiating sale, liasing with clients and general office procedures.
Harry S Cooke MNAEA
Harry joined the company in 2020 and is a member of the national association of estate agents. His enthusiasm for the property industry is clear to see. He enjoys building and maintaining relationships with clients both old and new.
Mary Lavelle
Mary has been with the company since 2001 and is an enthusiastic and valuable member of the team. Mary deals with sales negotiation and administration in the office.
